  City of Coral Gables Employee of the Month Nomination Form  
   
The City of Coral Gables, “The City Beautiful,” wishes to recognize those employees who best reflect our Mission: Dedicated people, Providing exceptional services, to residents, businesses and visitors, while preserving our historic heritage. The nominee for the month receives a plaque presented at a City Commission meeting, video starring the nominating employee-presented at a City Commission meeting, photo displayed in City Hall for the month, bulletin to be displayed by all City departments, Rotary luncheon and plaque held at the Country Club of Coral Gables, $300 cash award, opportunity to be named Employee of the Year..

Eligibility - All regular, full-time employees except: temporary, seasonal, probationary, employees eligible for Police Officer or Firefighter of the Month programs, Human Resources, directors and assistant directors, Employee of the Month Selection Committee, those who have been Employees of the year or employee of the month within the past five years.

Procedures - Nominations may be submitted by any Coral Gables employee or resident.

Employees - Should complete the form and e-mail it to dbosch@coralgables.com, or send it via inter-office, confidential envelope to Employee of the Month Committee.

Residents - Should complete the form and deliver or mail it to: City of Coral Gables, Employee of the Month Committee, 2nd Floor, Coral Gables, FL 33134. Or e-mail the form to dbosch@coralgables.com
