AGILITY AND SPEED DEVELOPMENT CAMP

Ages 12 years old and above

This camp is designed for student athletes to help improve and increase their agility and speed of performance. The training session includes drills performed outdoors and supplementary circuit activities. All activities are timed and the performer attempts to decrease the time achieved.

4 students maximum per session.
