Ages 10 years old and above
This class will introduce the students to the fundamentals of boxing and conditioning for boxing. The student will learn boxing fundamentals such as stance, combination punching, offensive and defensive techniques, and the importance of a healthy lifestyle.
Using a light-hearted and encouraging, yet challenging training method, students will be introduced to a comprehensive program of fitness, strength and conditioning, self-defense and personal character not taught in typical boxing classes.
Tuesdays and Thursdays
5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Class size: Minimum of four Participants, maximum of six.
Equipment required: Boxing hand wraps (available at local sporting goods stores)
