University of Miami Community Relations Committee

The Community Relations Committee meets bi-annually (March and October) to provide an opportunity for dialogue between the University, its neighbors and the City; to create a forum to hear complaints and concerns; to establish a procedure to resolve problems and to foster better relations between all concerned parties. The Committee consists of 11 members, five appointed by the City Commission, one by the City Manager, and the remainder by the University of Miami. The Committee chair is appointed by the Committee at its annual meeting. (Res.)
