 Construction Staging Committee

The Construction Staging Committee is a technical staff committee that consists of representatives from the following disciplines as appropriate: Public Works, Parking, Police, Fire, Risk Management, Building, and Code Enforcement. Its role is to review proposed construction activity that affects the public right-or-way such as roadways, alleyways, sidewalks, street trees and on-street parking so that any disruption to the public is addressed in safe and efficient manner. When appropriate and to improve efficiency and customer service, review and approval of the Construction Staging Plan applications are conducted through emails to the relevant city departments. (Sec. 105-28 of the City Code)

Submittal fees for Construction Staging Plan review are $1.50 per 100 square feet of construction area not to exceed $600, a subsequent review fee of $300, plus a $2.45 per page documentation fee to be paid prior to Construction Staging Permit issuance. (Sec. 105-28(6) City Code)
