Technical Support Division
Systems - This group is responsible for systems engineering, analysis support and administration. This includes hardware, software, database, Internet, and server infrastructure.
Network and Telecom - This group designs, engineers, and implements network and telecom systems. This includes WAN/LAN voice, data and video network equipment wireless, fiber leased bandwidth links enviornmental and facilities maintenance.
Applications & Programming - This group develops and manages all software applications for the enterprise.
Customer Support Division
Field Service - This group is responsible for supporting the day to day operations of all city departments; providing high quality onsite customer service and technical expertise. They work to resolve many kinds of PC, telecommunication and network issues.
GIS - This group manages production and distribution of citywide Geographic Information System (GIS) information and applications. This includes maps and map software; and, tools that can be implemented with GIS software.
Help Desk - This group receives and manages all inbound calls for IT Service. They assist internal and external customers by providing phone support and remote customer support. They assign and dispatch field service staff for onsite response. The Service Desk retains ownership and tracks all calls until an issue is resolved.
